Data transfer
For all outsourced services, Forms Express works with clients to set up data transfer that can be executed with the click of a mouse from existing computer systems, securely over the Internet.
Security is provided by our 128bit encryption provided by Thawte Technology.

Processing engine
With your data base feeding the Forms Express secure data processing engine, a framework is provided that delivers rapid and seamless data extraction and electronic processing of large bill runs.  This includes a proof pack (see below). Business rules  and the mapping of data are easily and accurately implemented. At this stage any barcodes  are included. DPID barcoding can be incorporated to allow you to take advantage of discount postage, and provide the assurance that recipients are accurately identified and sent correct documentation.
This includes a reconciliation page and proof pack,  whereby you can check and be assured that individual, and total bill figures are correct.
The processing engine also allows either internet or CD archiving of all bills.

Proof Pack
With each large bill run processed, Forms Express provides a proof pack, which allows you to check that the bill run has been completed as requested.  The proof pack consists of a data reconciliation report, outlining total records processed, total pages printed, and total amounts billed.
This information is further broken down into various destination categories, according to your specifications – for example, the total number of documents folded, sealed and posted; and the total number returned flat for delivery to various destinations.
Also included in the proof pack is archiving information, a sample of the bill notice and details of inserts included.
