Secure Archiving and Access
Forms Express offers a comprehensive, web-based and secure data archiving system. It replaces the need for time-consuming and fiddly backing up to CD-ROM or other storage media, and means that bills created by Forms Express on behalf of an organisation can be easily accessed online by authorized your staff and reprinted. Such access is fully controlled by the you.
Easy Editing and Printing of Archived Data
Bills can be printed on base stock provided to you or by selecting the bill background criteria and printing it on a colour printer. All bills’ payment options are active and available identically to an original bill. (This excludes over the counter bank payments and locked bag facilities).
Archived bills can be easily edited by entering new data information within the supplied index fields. Editing the dollar amount field will automatically change the amount due within the Payment Option barcode and other agency options. An altered bill is stored as an editing version for future reference and will be stamped with a staff name, date and time the bill was created.

Bills can be easily emailed to a bill payer or reprinted, faxed or sent by mail at your convenience.
After five years, data is burned to a CD-ROM and provided to you for use.
