Bills are inserted into envelopes, with the option of including further inserts as required – either to all recipients or selected ones only – and mailed.  State-of-the-art barcoding and intelligent scanning technology on bill stock and envelopes ensures avoidance of incorrect or multiple inserts.
Stick-down inserts are also possible, which is particularly useful for animal registrations and renewals.
