DPID

Destination Point Identification (DPID) coding enables you to take advantage of discount postage while providing the assurance that recipients are accurately identified and sent correct documentation. Forms Express is an Australia Post accredited Bulk Mailing Partner; recognition of our investment in efficient mail lodgement processes.

Through-the-window Barcoding

In addition to the standard DPID barcoding for large mail outs, Forms Express applies a second, Australia Post-approved barcode in the envelope window to track individual mail items and prevent double insertions.

Insertion – brochure and stick-down

Bills are inserted into envelopes with the option of including further inserts as required – either to all or selected recipients – and mailed. State-of-the-art barcoding and intelligent scanning technology on bill stock and envelopes ensures incorrect or multiple inserts are avoided.

Stick-down inserts are also possible, which is particularly useful for animal registrations and renewals.
