For all outsourced services, Forms Express works with clients to set up secure data transfer that can be executed via the Internet from existing computer systems with the click of a mouse.

Security is assured through our 128bit encryption provided by Thawte Technology.

Processing Engine

With your database feeding the Forms Express processing engine, a framework is provided that delivers rapid and seamless data extraction and electronic processing of large bill runs. Business rules and the mapping of data are easily and accurately implemented. At this stage any barcodes are included. Destination Point Identification (DPID) barcoding can be incorporated to allow you to take advantage of discount postage and provide the assurance that recipients are accurately identified and sent correct documentation.

This service includes a reconciliation page and detailed proof pack, enabling you to check that individual and total bill figures are correct (see below).

The processing engine also allows either internet or CD archiving of all bills.

Proof Pack

With each large bill run Forms Express provides a Proof Pack, enabling you to check that the bill run has been completed as requested. The Proof Pack comprises a data reconciliation report, outlining total records processed, total pages printed and total amounts billed.

This information is further broken down into various destination categories, according to your specifications. For example, the total number of documents folded, sealed and posted, and the total number returned flat for delivery to various destinations.

Also included in the proof pack is archiving information, a sample of the bill notice and details of included insertions.
